I used to have horribly damaged hair. It was impossible to style and looked terrible!
But, I learnt hair care secrets that restored my beautiful hair! And it’s much simpler than you think!

Bleaching, straightening and curling your hair can cause a lot of damage!. But with the Indian heat and dust, even if you don’t do any of that your hair is bound to get damaged. But, I managed to get my hair back to its best. Here are my hair care secrets to treat damaged hair.

# DIY Mask 1: For Heat Damage

Excess heat is one of the most common causes of hair damage! If you’re someone who loves using straighteners or curlers then this mask is perfect for you! It’s ingredients moisturize, restore shine and protect hair strands.

You Will Need:

Honey
Coconut Oil
Aloe Vera Gel

This mask works because Aloe Vera is packed with vitamins and amino acids.
When absorbed by the hair follicles they add shine and volume to damaged hair!

Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E, and antioxidants.
It also contains lauric acid which protects your roots.
It’s antifungal and antibacterial properties prevent scalp infections.
Honey softens hair and is a great moisturizer.

# DIY Mask 2: For Bleached/ Coloured Hair

If you’ve coloured or bleached your hair often, odds are your hair is going to be dry! This hair mask will work wonders for you because it will moisturize tips, prevent split ends and give your hair volume!

You will need:

Coconut Milk
Olive Oil
Honey
Vitamin E supplements

It works because, Olive oil nourishes hair, making it stronger preventing any breakage.
Coconut milk is rich in lauric acid, protects roots and nourishes the hair shaft.
Vitamin E helps repair dry and damaged hair.

# DIY Mask 3: For Dry/ Damaged Hair

If your hair is extremely dry and you’re suffering from split ends then this deep moisturizing mask is perfect for you! It’s rich in fatty acids and soluble vitamins that is perfect for dry/ damaged hair.

You will need:
Unsalted Butter
Full fat, unboiled milk
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Jojoba Oil (From Saathwa - Click Here To Learn More - https://satthwa.com/hair-oil/jojoba-o... )
Honey
Vegetable glycerin

This works because, butter is rich in fatty acids and vitamins so it’s extremely moisturizing. Milk is rich in vitamin E and proteins which repairs damaged hair making it shinier and softer. Olive oil is high in antioxidants. Jojoba oil prevents hair loss, cleans hair follicles and fights dandruff. Glycerin will give your hair a glossy coat.
I prefer using unrefined, cold pressed Jojoba oil from Saathwa. It’s high quality and works very well for damaged hair.

DIY Conditioner:

Aside from these hair masks I sometimes prefer making my own conditioner.

You will need:
Eggs
Olive oil
Honey
Vinegar
Lemon juice
It works because eggs contain protein and add shine to your hair. Olive oil makes hair stronger, honey moisturizes hair and vinegar helps maintain the Ph balance of the hair.
So, there you have it My hair care secrets! I’ve used these masks and conditioner to treat my damaged hair. Whether your hair is damaged due to heat, dyeing, bleaching or is just dry and full of split ends, I’m sure these treatments will work for you too!

Get a month's worth of shaving supplies from Harry's for just $10 by entering SIXPACK at checkout! http://hrys.co/sixpackshortcuts

Hey guys what's up Clark here to show you guys how you can actually get a ripped six pack by just sitting around... Ok, so there's a little more to it than just sitting - but I'm going to show you guys how to do one of the most effective ab exercises that is equipment free... It's called the "L-Sit".

But before we get into my L-Sit circuit, I want to give a shout out to our friends at Harrys.com because if you haven’t heard… This month is “No shave November”, and there are a bunch of guys not shaving this month in support of research on men’s major health issues.

Harry’s is the official partner of the Movember Foundation and will be donating money and helping raise awareness for men’s health.
So whether you are growing your beard or want an amazing shave, Harry’s is a company you can feel good about.

--

Video Breakdown:

1:07 - The guys at Harry’s not only deliver an amazing shave, but they also give 1% of their sales and 1% of their time back to the communities they serve.

2:01 - A few days ago, Harry’s delivered a set right to my door!

3:10 - The starter Truman set is an amazing deal: with my code SIXPACK you get all of this for just $10. https://www.harrys.com/products/the-t...

3:21 - Alright, enough talking - Let’s get into my L-Sit variation circuit for a killer sixpack!

--

Workout Breakdown:

3:30 - Do 3 sets of 20 second knee tuck holds elevating body weight with hands on the bench (minimal rest between each)
- Do 3 sets of 10 seated V-leg extensions (minimal rest)
- Do 3 sets of 10 full L-sits (begin in knee tuck elevating body weight with hands on the bench, extend legs, repeat)

4:09 - Keep in mind that the longer your legs are, the harder this exercise will be when you perform it with your legs straight!

5:08 - So you see, the best thing about the L-Sit is that it’s more than just an exercise to get a six pack - Once you get this exercise down, you’ll notice that it’s almost like an “all-in-one” move, because your shoulders, triceps, biceps as well as your hip flexors are getting a lot of work while your core is getting built.

6:53 - I hope you guys liked today's workout - Don’t forget to get your all-in-one shaving set from Harry’s!

7:02 - Go to Harrys.com right now and enter my code SIXPACK in the promo box at checkout and Harry’s will give you $5 off your first order… Huge thanks to Harry’s again for all of their support to Six Pack Shortcuts!

7:08 - That’s all for now, for more workouts, nutrition and weight loss tips keep it locked at Six Pack Shortcuts
