Advanced program:
Complete the following as fast as possible with good form:
40 Double unders, 12 Handstand push ups, 12 dips
30 Double unders, 9 Handstand push ups, 9 dips
20 Double unders, 6 Handstand push ups, 6 dips
10 Double unders, 3 Handstand push ups, 3 dips

Intermediate program:
Complete the follow as fast as possible with good form:
40 Double unders or tuck jumps (if you cannot do DUs or tuck jumps, you should do burpees as a substitute),
12 dips (two chairs back to back if you do not have a dip station),
12 handstand pushups (modified with your feet on a box or chair),
30 Double unders or tuck jumps (if you cannot do DUs or tuck jumps, you should do burpees as a substitute),
9 dips,
9 handstand pushups,
20 DUs or tuck jumps (burpees)
6 dips
6 handstand pushups,
10 DUs or tuck jumps (burpees)
3 dips
3 handstand push ups

Beginner program:
Complete the following as fast as possible, while maintaining good form:
30 Double unders or tuck jumps (if you cannot do DUs or tuck jumps, you should do burpees as a substitute),
9 dips,
9 handstand pushups,
20 DUs or tuck jumps (burpees)
